On completion of this hands-on course, you will have the skills and knowledge required to apply good hygiene practices within a range of service industry operations. You will be able to:

  • follow hygiene procedures and identify hazards
  • report any personal health issues
  • prevent food and other item contamination
  • prevent cross contamination by washing hands
